Why I Don’t Jump From One Thing to Another Anymore

I used to try something new all the time.

A new routine, a new product, a new approach.

Hoping this one would be the thing that worked.

What That Looked LIke

Start something
Try it for a bit
Move on to the next

What I Realized

Constantly switching made it hard to know what was actually helping.

What I Do Now

Now I focus more on:

  • consistency
  • simplicity
  • and actually giving things time

Where This Fits In

That’s part of why I like the idea of:

  • testing
  • using something consistently
  • then re-checking
