At one point, I felt like I was trying to do everything right when it came to my health.
Eating better, taking the right things, following all the advice…
And somehow, it still felt confusing.
Too Much Information
There’s so much out there —
what to eat, what to avoid, what to take, when to take it…
It started to feel like if I wasn’t doing all of it, I wasn’t doing it “right.”
What I Realized
At some point, I stepped back and thought:
“This shouldn’t feel this complicated.”
What I Do Now
Now I focus on a few simple things:
- keeping my routine manageable
- being consistent instead of perfect
- choosing things that make sense for me
Where That Led Me
That shift is actually what led me to things like:
- paying attention to balance
- being more intentional about what I use
- and not just guessing
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed trying to “do it all,” you’re not alone 💛
